Our little Saxy boy had a hard day. He was out of sorts, he was easily distressed, needed big hugs all day, even a trip to the swimming pool had him in tears at any given moment. Matt has a theory. Saxon needs a high protein diet. He hadn’t had eggs for breakfast for three days and he was fatigued, upset, clingy and anxious. A dinner high in protein and he slept easier and this morning it was back to eggs for breakfast and he had a happy morning. A big day at school, a drum lesson after school, a jam with Dad and he went downhill again. More protein and he felt better.
In other news Griffin ate a lamb chop. wonders will never cease.
